What type of grind should the coffee have?
It is recommended to use medium coarse ground coffee. For a bolder flavor, you can also use finer ground coffee, but don't use too-fine ground coffee, such as espresso grounds.
How is this different from making a strong cup of coffee and pouring it over ice in a regular glass?
