How to use the coffee maker when you get it for the first time.
1. It is recommended to fill the tank with lemon water or vinegar first for 1-3 cycles of cleaning
2. When adding coffee grounds in the basket, please do not exceed the MAX line or use too-fine ground coffee, such as espresso grounds.
3. DO NOT add more than 14oz water into the water reservoir.
4. It’s suggested to add safe cleaning solutions to clean machine every month or after brewing more than 100 cups of coffee.
5. ONLY can be used under USA voltage standard 110V-120V.
How much coffee powder should be added each time, and what type of grind is required?
Please do not exceed the MAX line. The coffee maker is recommended to use medium coarse ground coffee(smaller than NO.5). It is not recommended to use espresso grounds.
Does this single cup coffee maker have auto shut-off?
Yes, it turns off automatically after 3 minutes of inactivity, and you can also turn off the machine at any time with the push of a button. It is especially safe to use.
How much water should I add to brew the best tasting coffee with this single serve coffee maker?
It is recommended to add no more than 10 ounces of water when brewing coffee, so that the coffee will not come out too bland.
If you want a lighter coffee, you can increase the amount of water, but not more than 14 ounces at most.

Why can't the top lid be closed after attaching the basket filter or pod holder?
The basket should be aligned and placed according to the letters "Front" of the overbasket or the top will not close properly.
