How to Make Pour-Over Coffee:
- Place your brewer and filter on the coffee weight scale and press TARE button to reset the display to zero;
- Add coffee grounds as you need. You know precisely how much you have, and therefore how much water you will need;
- Zero the display again and add enough amout of water;
- Make a note of the results:the weight of coffee grounds and water, the pour time. Once you’ve attained perfect brew, you’ll know how to replicate it every time.
