FAQ

How do I change the ringtone?

① Hold down the volume button for 5 secs or until the receiver flashes blue.

② Scroll through the ringtones until you find one you like

③ Press the transmitter to confirm the ringtone. Repeat process for other transmitters.

The doorbell doesn't ring properly at, all, or the ringing is delayed:

Solution 1: Check neither the transmitter nor receiver are near electrical interference such as power adapters or wireless devices. Also, there shouldn't be any metal objects placed between the transmitter and receiver. Try repositioning the receiver closer to the bells.

Solution 2: Reset the doorbell. Hold down on the volume button until you hear the ‘ding-dong’ and then press the transmitter. Repeat this for the other transmitter. And your set! (this method can also be used to pair additional receivers and transmitters.)

Solution 3: Check the receiver is not on mute mode, This can be adjusted by pressing the volume button.

Solution 4: Check if the battery needs replacing or that it isn't inserted the wrong way around. And the receiver is switched on at the mains.
